H. Patel Associates, Inc. expanded into providing architectural services
for our clients in 1993. This allows PHPA to provide all services necessary
to complete a facility under one roof. The architectural design philosophy
at Pravin H. Patel Associates reflects upon the fact that our products
are part of a larger whole; the context of surrounding buildings is not
forgotten, but often enriched by designs that harmonize with their neighbors.
We strive to represent the interests of our client’s facility, but
we do not compromise our professional judgment or conscience. We insist
on quality in our work and encourage that all people involved with a project
strive to provide that same quality. We continue to learn about our profession,
to keep abreast with new thoughts, ideas, products and concepts. We incorporate
these thoughts into our design where appropriate, realizing the structures
we provide are for our clients’ use, not for our ego. We are demanding
of ourselves and realistic in our expectations of others; we are sensitive
to the needs of the users of the environment we create or preserve and
enhance human activity rather than overwhelm it. We are proud of the facilities
and structures we provide.

firm of Pravin H. Patel Associates, Inc. specializes in Structural/CivilEngineering
and Architectural Services for Institutional, Commercial, Industrial and
Manufacturing buildings. How a facility stands, how its operating components
work, how it derives and distributes its energy ----- these aspects of
a given structure are of special concern to our staff. Consider any given
facility ---- Structural designs: the foundation and framing to be sure
it is functional and sound ----- Architectural: assures functional as
well as aesthetics ----- Mechanical: develops the heating ventilation,
air conditioning, plumbing and other operating components such as conveying
