FEASIBILITY STUDIES

Clients often have several ideas on how they want a facility developed. Unfortunately, they can’t determine the best cost effective course of action. In these instances, PHPA offers feasibility studies, performed by our professional staff, to provide pros and cons to help clients decide which options are best, functionally and economically. At times, our feasibility studies have resulted in clients abandoning the project because they do not turn out to be in their best interest.
