LONG RANGE FACILITY PLAN

After the enactment of the Facilities Bill, all school districts in the state of New Jersey are required to prepare and maintain a Long Range Facility Plan (LRFP). LRFP is a guide for districts to undertake any project. PHPA provides services in preparing and maintaining LRFP for all their existing clients. This LRFP has enabled these districts to plan for various facilities projects and secure state funding.
