RENOVATIONS AND RETROFITS

Along with new designs as described before, the principals of the firm have undertaken modifications and retrofits in the area of HVAC and control systems for various buildings. Renovations and retrofit projects undertaken also included roof repairs and re-roofing, addition of insulation in building envelope, floor re-design for additional live loads, window retrofitting as well as additions and alterations to existing buildings.
